At no name no face, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at orders@nonamenoface.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The credit will be applied within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team at orders@nonamenoface.com. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us. Once the original item is received and inspected, we will send out the exchange item.

Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: sale items, gift cards, and items marked as final sale.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a return.

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
